Due to the nature of our products, changes or cancellations to an order can only be
accepted the day the order is placed, and may require written notice of such action.
However, "rush" or same day shipping of an item per the customers request, is an
exception to this policy, and NO changes or cancellations are accepted.
Any "authorized" product return is subject to a restocking fee! This amount will range from
20% - 35% depending on the manufactures policies. In addition, the customer is
responsible for all freight charges in both directions.
Returned products MUST be in new condition with all shipping cartons/manuals/packaging
in place, and be accompanied by a "return authorization" number. If not, additional
charges may be assessed, and/or the return may be rejected. In the event we are forced
to reject your return, you will be responsible for the freight charges to return the product
back to you once again.
"The sale of Medical Devices may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless
you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, we will verify
your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item."
